Make it a Meal

Instead of typical French fries, serve pepper fries. Simply cut yellow peppers into strips and season with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder. Serve with hummus or ranch in place of ketchup. Instead of the fat you get with French fries, pepper fries give you Vitamin A, C, E and B6!

Making Memories

Create your own fast food diner that is healthy and fun! Begin by choosing the name for your restaurant. It could be based on your name, your favorite restaurant, or something totally original. Place your golden chicken nuggets in lunch bags decorated with your restaurant name and this yummy meal is perfect to eat on the patio or take to the park!

The Cluck Stops Here!

When cooking poultry, we need to be extremely careful about germs. Always wash hands and tools immediately after handling chicken. Be sure to use lots of soap and clean under your nails, as well as the tools and cutting board or counter you used for prepping.
